Introduction

(5 minutes)

Gather your students into a group and watch the Shapes Song video.
Review the different shapes by drawing them on the board and writing their names underneath each.

Beginning

Provide students with shape names in their home language (L1).
Review shapes using the shape song or visuals prior to the start of the lesson.

Intermediate

Pass out tactile shapes for students to explore as you review or introduce each of the shapes.
